What you'll do
- 10 to 12 rides a week in groups of six or fewer, with three lessons a week
- Barrel racing, pole bending and team penning with steers in the arena
- Roping demonstrations by the cowboys, and a heated pool
When to go
- Open end of October through April
- Sunday-to-Sunday weeks, or four-night Sunday-to-Thursday stays
- Reduced rates November 29 to December 17, 2026, and in January
Who it's for
- Families with kids 6 and up who ride, with child rates under 6 and 6 to 12
- Riders who want small groups, about 100 horses and access to national forest land
Good to know
- No riding on Sundays, and riders are limited to 275 lb
- No kids program or childcare
- No liquor license, so bring your own; wifi reaches only the cantina
- Cancellation needs 90 days' notice
